From there, you choose how involved you want me to be. The more we work together, the more proactive and hands-on I can be in keeping your home in good shape.

Additional Work and Projects

Some needs don’t fit neatly into a tier. When it makes sense, I can also help with:

  • Light hands-on work around the home

How Pricing Works

Monthly Service Tiers

Choose a tier based on how much attention your property needs. Pricing varies by service level, property size, and optional add-ons. Higher tiers mean more frequent attention and expanded care.

Hourly Rate

Work outside your monthly package gets billed hourly. This includes emergency response, additional visits, hands-on repairs, and seasonal tasks like opening and closing your home.

Project Management

For larger jobs involving contractors, I charge a percentage of the total project cost. This covers everything from scoping and bidding to oversight and final approval.

This is a partnership in stewarding your home. I build my working relationships on trust, clear communication, and mutual respect. That means bringing my judgment, connections, and experience to your property, and giving you honest advice and proactive updates along the way.
